The places are flat, shaded and bounded by natural hedges ( from 90 to 100 m² ) In summer : animations, spectacles, swimming pool, laundromat, bakery, snack, bar, pizzas… In winter : 20% discount on ski day at Alpe d'Huez and the rental of ski, more than 470 km of tracks in a radius of 20 km. Sanitation block : are heated, equipped with a drying room, a laundry, shower cabins, cabin sink, tub for babys... All the conforts needed for a good holiday ! The dogs and cats are authorized attached and subject to their walk exclusively outside. | |

Conditions of the booking contract | |
1 The place is available from 12AM on day of arrival. 2 It must be released imperatively at 10AM on day of departure. 3 The reservation is only effective if accompanied by a minimum of 103€ (83€ deposit will be deducted from the stay and 20 € will be acquired like expenses of reservation). A receipt will confirm the reservation. The amount of the down payments accounts for 80% of the stay if the reservation is carried out in the 15 days of the arrival. No reservation will be recorded by phone. 4 Without notice, a site reserved and non occupied at 8PM will be considered to be available and the down payments will be acquired. 5 The reservation cannot be lower than 7 nights (exemption on request). In the event of cancellation, the amount of the down payments remains sure. 6 The balance of your stay must be paid on your arrival. The bank cards are accepted. 7 Cancelation in the event of force majeure: fees 30€. |
